Mrs. Janice Faye Hyman, age 68 of Boydton passed away on Thursday May 19, 2022 at her residence. Janice was a Deli and Seafood manager for Winn Dixie for several years. She is preceded in death by her husband Liston Hyman,daughter, Angela Hyman, sisters, Joan Jackson and Jean Toth . Surviving is her daughters, Jenny Maddox (Edward); and Brandy Bishop (Stephen); brothers, Johnny Connelly (Stephanie) and Gary Connelly (Maggie); grandchildren, Brittany Maddox, Andrew Maddox, Trey Cabaniss (Emily), Joshua Cabanis (Cierra), Jonathan Cabaniss, Kaitlyn Cabaniss(Dominic Balton), Jasmine Stotsky ( Ryan), Martha Bishop and Alice Bishop, and a close family member Jessica Snead. Also surviving are fifteen great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a large loving extended family.
A chapel service will be conducted at 11 am on Monday, May 23,2022 at Herbert L. Farrar Funeral Home 1260 North Mecklenburg Ave. Interment will follow in the family plots at her residence.
