Joan Caroline Parker of Victoria, Va. passed away on Tuesday April 13, 2021 she was
82.

Born in New Jersey where she had lived most of her life before
moving to Victoria Va. 18 years ago.

Joan is preceded in death by her husband Robin L. Parker; Son
George R. Coleman and Sister Serena M. Dudek . Surviving are
her sons Michael S. Farrington (Barbara), William J. Farrington
lll (Denise) and Stephen B. Farrington; Daughter Dawn E.
Besmer (Lawrence);Sisters Diane O’Conner and Deborah Fill
(William) ;Step son Michael L Parker(Karen);Step daughter
Tracy Dods (Douglas). Six Grandchildren and seven Great
grandchildren. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the
Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.

A memorial Service will be announced at a later date. The
family is being served by the Herbert L. Farrar Funeral Home
