Obituary for Meade Gregory Pratali, III
Mr. Meade Gregory Pratali, III , age 79 of South Hill, pass away Wednesday, January 26, 2022. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Anderson Pratali of the home; two daughters, Rachel Pratali Green (Pete) of Victoria and Traylor Weeks Pratali (Donald “Duck” Cline) of Georgia and four grandchildren, Sarah Maureen “Marah” Cline, Ruthie Winoa Green, Jackson Meade Green and Carlee Renee Green. Mr. Pratali was preceded in death by his parents, Archie and Virginia Pratali and his sister, Carol Pratali O’Conner.
Meade was a graduate of Virginia Tech, an Army veteran and a member of The Church of the Good Shepherd. He spent many years as a real estate broker in South Hill and was a member of the Virginia Association of Realtors. Meade loved playing golf and could often be found on the greens of South Hill Country Club.
A funeral mass will be conducted at 1:00pm on Monday, Jan. 31, 2022 at The Church of the Good Shepherd. The family request memorial considerations in his memory be made to the special account set -up in the names Rachel Green and Traylor Pratali at Benchmark Bank, proceeds will go to Meade’s wife.
