Obituary for Jean Spicer Clary

Jean Spicer  Clary
Mrs. Jean Spicer Clary passed into the arms of God on Saturday, June 6, 2015. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, George, a special dog, Benji, her daughters, Belinda Snow (Butch) , Deborah Crowder (Lewis) and Carla Owen (Cotton). Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Eric (Adina), Jeramy (Kari), Michael (Amy), Bryan (Jennifer), John, Taryn (Michael) and Hank; and thirteen great grandchildren, Kendra, Kelsie, Isaac, Ethan, Alexia, Bella, Eli, Zac, Cameron, Elliott, Jackson, Quinn, and Bailey.

Mrs. Clary was dispatcher for the Town of South Hill Police Department before retiring after many years. She loved gardening and family dinners. She was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church in South Hill.

A graveside funeral will be conducted at 2pm Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Crestview Memorial Park. The family suggest memorial considerations be directed to Prospect United Methodist Church, P O Box 25, Ebony, VA 23845. Online condolences may be sent to www.farrarfuneralhome.net.
