Mr. John Lynwood "Peter" Webb, age 63 of LaCrosse, died Wednesday, December 23, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Ellen P. Webb of the home; his mother, Evelyn A Webb of LaCrosse; two sons, John L. Webb, Jr (Holly P) of LaCrosse and Rusty Webb (Wendy) of Virginia Beach; two daughters, Holly S. Webb (fiance' Bryan Walton) of LaCrosse and Beth Jones (Chris) of South Hill. Also surviving are nine grandchildren, Maggie & Matthew Webb, Isaiah & Sheree Hamp, Russell & Mackenzie Webb and Adam, Jeter & Wesley Jones; two sisters Mary Catherine Powell (Jack) and Susan Sculthorpe (Wayne) both of LaCrosse, VA. Mr. Webb was preceded in death by his father, James William "Billy" Webb, a brother, Jim Webb and a daughter, Lisa Webb.

Mr. Webb was retired from Pepsi, a member of Sardis United Methodist Church, and a coach for the Dixie Youth Baseball.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 2pm Sunday, Dec 27, 2015 at Sardis United Methodist Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 4-6pm at Farrar Funeral Home.
