We are so very sorry to hear about Cecil! I have great memories as a child being around him.. He was so fun and treated us all like his own grandchildren.. I will never forget him teaching me how to do the boot scooting buggie! I will always have that image in my head... I felt like we were always together..I also remember riding down the pike with him and Mikey in his big blue car and one of the hub caps fell off and he got so mad he had to turn around to get it... It's crazy what you can remember when I was younger and I am so glad that I have those memories.. I love you all and I am so very sorry... Love always Stephanie
