special and was like a big brother to me when he and my dad (Allen Smiley) worked at the dam. Bob would make sure I was safe after getting off the bus from Palmer Springs school, until my Dad came back to the work sight at the dam. Thank you Yvonne

Condolence: Bob was truly a "rare gem': one of a kind. Whenever I came to the lake, he always welcomed me with open arms and a kiss on the cheek. I will really miss getting that kiss on the cheek.
