Condolence: I got to know the Bobbitt Family when visiting my Grandmother and Grandfather Ferrell as a young elementary school age girl. All three of the Bobbitt girls were teenagers when I would visit my grandparents. They were typical teenagers and such nice girls to know. I often think about the Bobbitt,Hamlet,and Thompson families, plus some of the other delightful families that were neighbors of my grandparents. My sisters were Anne and Nancy.

Condolence: So sorry to hear of Carolyn's death. She was a great lady. She was headmistress at South Hill Academy when both of my girls were there and we thought the world of her. She was so thoughtful and caring. Out thoughts and prayers are with her family at this time of sorrow. She will be missed by many.

Condolence: Bob and Beth, I am so sorry to hear this news. Being good friends with Jimmy, I was a frequent visitor in your home when we were kids. Your Mom and Dad made all of us neighborhood kids feel so welcome. She was a very special person. My prayers and sympathies are with you during this time.
