Mr. Fred Richard Bailey, Jr. went home to be with his Savior on Sunday, November 9, 2014. He was born August 17, 1956 in Chester, SC. and was the son of Richard and Penny Bailey. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Cathy Yates Bailey of South Hill; a daughter Amanda B Conrad (Jeremy) of Richmond; a son, Fred Richard Bailey, III also of Richmond; and his mother Penny Bailey of Lancaster, SC. Also surviving are two brothers, Robbie Bailey (Darlene) of Lancaster, SC and Steve Bailey of Mooresville, NC and a sister, Melissa Bailey of Greensboro, NC. He was preceded in death by his father, Fred Richard Bailey, Sr.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 4pm, Friday, November 14, 2014 by Rev. Tim Irving at Tabernacle Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service and other times at the home.
