Charlotte and family. I have been out of town and have just learned of my friend, Clarence's passing. My fondest memories of returning to Virginia and being hired by the Department of Education involved Clarence, Rich, Bill, and Buster. I shall never forget the indoctrination - Clarence taught me more about Pupil Transportation than most would ever want to know. He was so knowledgeable. I'm sure the car pool and my driving gave him pause. I am so sad to learn of Clarence's passing. I think of him often and shall never, ever forget him. Barbara Goodman
