Sincere condolences from Dot, Edna, Bernice, Ray, and Virginia Smiley. Bob always made us feel special and was like a big brother to me when he and my dad (Allen Smiley) worked at the dam. Bob would make sure I was safe after getting off the bus from Palmer Springs school, until my Dad came back to the work sight at the dam.
