Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Ronald Marten can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Kathleen Farmer
Condolence: Our hearts are broken with the sad news of Ron's passing. There has never been anyone like him and there never will be again. He was truly one of a kind. He took us under his wing when we rented from him and helped us any way he could. He especially looked after P.J. and was a great role model for him. Jake was lucky to have Ron as the father figure in his life.

Ron was always kidding and telling jokes. He never failed to make us laugh, even if it was over a risque joke. We loved to hear tales of the times he was in law enforcement.

Ron was a true friend. He would never say no if anyone needed any help. In fact, he would offer help before it was asked for. He loved fishing and he especially loved the lake.

RIP, Ron. We hope you're fishing in heaven.

Paul, Kathleen, P.J. and Alicia
